For each of the bouquets available on our website, you have the choice between a single purchase or a subscription.

We offer a discount depending on the type of recurrence chosen. This discount increases if you decide to continue your subscription after 1 year.

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the bouquet and will be charged in addition, for each recurrence.

The order and payment will be renewed every 3 months depending on the date of the initial purchase. The order will be delivered on that date or, if the store is closed, on the next closest date.

You will have the option to cancel your subscription after the required minimum number of recurrences.

For example, if you have chosen to receive or offer a bouquet every month, the system will proceed to the payment on your credit card every month, on the initial date of your purchase. So if you place your order on June 23, the payments will be automated on the 23rd of each month.

As soon as the automated payment takes place, this creates a new order in our system that we will process the same day, or if the store is closed, on the next closest date.

So to take the example above, you will receive, or the person of your choice will receive a bouquet every 23rd of the month, unless we are closed on that date. If that is the case, we will send it on the next day the store is open.

A minimum of 3 completed recurrences is required before you can cancel this subscription.

Every 2 months

A bouquet every 2 months for a year for a total of 6 bouquets per year.

A minimum of 4 completed recurrences is required before you can cancel this subscription.

Every month

A bouquet every month for a year for a total of 12 bouquets per year.

A minimum of 8 completed recurrences is required before you can cancel this subscription.

Every 2 weeks

A bouquet every 2 weeks for a year for a total of 26 bouquets per year.

A minimum of 14 completed recurrences is required before you can cancel this subscription.

Every week

A bouquet every week for a year for a total of 52 bouquets per year.

A minimum of 35 completed recurrences is required before you can cancel this subscription.

You can pause your subscription at any time and as many times as desired.

Cancelation
Each of our subscriptions has a minimum number of recurrences before it can be cancelled. Since our subscriptions are eligible for discounts, this minimum number of recurrences prevents people from signing up for the discount and then unsubscribing immediately.

Customer Portal
All changes to your subscription can be made through the customer portal. You can access the customer portal with the magic link you received in your initial order email.

You can also access it by creating a customer account on our website.

Absolutely! You can skip a recurrence or change its date through your customer portal.

You can skip a payment by clicking on the “skip payment” button next to each recurrence.

You can change the payment date by clicking “change date” which is located above the delivery date.

L'abonnement est choisi lorsque vous voulez envoyer plusieurs bouquets durant l’année. Il vous permet alors de bénéficier de rabais intéressants. Les paiements sont

Le paiement total se fait à la date d'achat initial. Vous n'aurez toutefois pas la possibilité d'annuler votre forfait une fois acheté.
